Devon County Councillor for Tiverton West
Richard was first elected onto Devon Couty Council in May 2021. He also served on Mid Devon District Council from 2007 to 2023, where he was Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Regeneration (2009-2019 & 2020-2023) and Deputy Leader (2015-2019).
